I started out my photography journey by taking my camera along to births. As a doula, I understood how fleeting and ephemeral memories from labor and birth could be and wanted to freeze time for the women I was assisting. Naturally, newborn photography and maternity photography became my passions. If I had to choose a favorite, I couldn't! I am truly smitten by the tiny fingernails and whorls of hair of new babies. I am completely captivated by the belly curves of expecting mamas. Pregnancy is magical and babies are miraculous. I want to photograph all of it!
